Amazing service. We were from Teton Valley doing errands when our car broke down. Spencer (the owner) came out to where we were stuck and did an on site evaluation. Our vehicle required a repair. We towed to the shop but it was very late in the afternoon and we needed parts. They contacted multiple parts companies to obtain the part and ensure the delivery within the hour and we were back on the road shortly. It was just the top of service! We were so grateful that Spencer addressed all the details which saved us from staying the night, hotel rooms and hassle. His attention to the quality of details, evaluation, repair and the shop staff are #1.

I was blown away by the honesty and helpfulness of this shop. I didnt actually have any work done by ellsworth, but I wanted to share my brief experience with them.

I've been having an issue with my truck, and i live 2+ hours away from any reasonable mechanic. Calling around for quotes based on my error codes.

The gentleman I spoke with took 10 minutes of his time and gave good advice on what the problem was and how I could fix it myself. Never pressured me into spending money, or spoke in a condescending manner like many mechanics do.

I didn't end up using Ellsworth Auto this time. However, I know that the next time I need any work done in my vehicle, this shop will have my business, and it already has my gratitude.

1,000 percent would recommend! (Formerly Jim Serr Auto) My 2002 Volkswagen Jetta was having issues not starting occasionally so I decided to take it into a shop. They were able to get me in within two days of me calling and were super friendly. When I dropped my car off, they were so friendly and professional. They were able to diagnose my problem and get it fixed that same day and charged me a very fair and affordable rate. I will come to these guys every time now and recommend to friends. Took my 2011 Mitsubishi Galant in because the control center showed an error code that turned out to be a radio part that is dealer only. Unfortunately the closest dealer is in Utah. They were able to recommend a local business to help replace it. And after all the work they were nice enough to not even charge me. Would definitely recommend going here!!

The service at Ellsworth Automotive is remarkable. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly competent. The fixed my van quickly and for a reasonable price. These guys are trustworthy and honest and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Great place to take your vehicle to be serviced!! The technicians were very communicative and knowledgeable. They were able to figure out where my oil leak was coming from and fix it the same day. I will definitely use them again for any future repairs.
